Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, but as a small business, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer exchanges on unused, undamaged, and unopened products in their original condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in original, resalable condition.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged items.

Faulty Products

We take great care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.

For faulty items, we offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit for future purchases.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If it meets the return/exchange criteria, we will proceed with the exchange, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
